We deliver products across Bangladesh.
Delivery time may vary depending on location, courier service, weather, holidays, transportation conditions, and other circumstances.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct name, phone number, and delivery address.
7. Delivery Charges
Our current delivery charges are:
Inside Dhaka & Chittagong City: ৳80
Outside Dhaka: ৳130
Express Delivery — Dhaka City: ৳150
Delivery charges may change depending on courier and delivery costs.
8. Product Inspection
Customers are advised to check the product after receiving the parcel.
If there is any damage or issue, please contact Big Collection BD as soon as possible.
9. Return & Replacement
Our return and replacement conditions are described separately on our Return & Replacement page.
Customers must follow the applicable conditions and time limits.

Big Collection BD is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Customers must not use this website for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activities.

12. Offers & Promotions

After dispatch, cancellation may not be possible.
For prepaid or partially paid orders, refunds will be handled according to our applicable refund and return policy.

However, we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, natural disasters, technical problems, or other unforeseen events.

১. সাধারণ শর্তাবলী
Big Collection BD-তে আপনাকে স্বাগতম। আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার বা কোনো পণ্য অর্ডার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি এই শর্তাবলী মেনে নিতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন।
প্রয়োজনে Big Collection BD যেকোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন বা আপডেট করার অধিকার রাখে।
২. পণ্যের তথ্য
আমরা পণ্যের নাম, ছবি, সাইজ, স্পেসিফিকেশন, রং এবং অন্যান্য তথ্য সঠিকভাবে দেওয়ার সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করি।
তবে আপনার মোবাইল/কম্পিউটারের স্ক্রিন এবং আলোর কারণে ছবির রং বা পণ্যের চেহারায় সামান্য পার্থক্য হতে পারে।
পণ্যের স্টক যেকোনো সময় পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
৩. পণ্যের মূল্য
ওয়েবসাইটে প্রদর্শিত সকল মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকা (৳) হিসেবে দেওয়া হয়।
পণ্যের মূল্য, ডিসকাউন্ট এবং অফার যেকোনো সময় পরিবর্তন হতে পারে।
অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করার সময় যে মূল্য প্রযোজ্য থাকবে, সেটিই অর্ডারের জন্য প্রযোজ্য মূল্য হিসেবে বিবেচিত হবে।
৪. অর্ডার নিশ্চিতকরণ
অর্ডার করার পর অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করার জন্য আমাদের টিম ফোন বা অন্যান্য যোগাযোগের মাধ্যমে আপনার সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করতে পারে।
নিচের ক্ষেত্রে অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার আমাদের রয়েছে:
পণ্য স্টকে না থাকলে।
ভুল বা অসম্পূর্ণ তথ্য দেওয়া হলে।
গ্রাহকের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করা সম্ভব না হলে।
অর্ডারটি সন্দেহজনক বা প্রতারণামূলক মনে হলে।
৫. পেমেন্ট
আমরা নিম্নলিখিত পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি গ্রহণ করতে পারি:

কিছু অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে আংশিক অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট প্রয়োজন হতে পারে।
Pre-order পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করার আগে অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট প্রয়োজন হতে পারে।
৬. ডেলিভারি
আমরা বাংলাদেশের বিভিন্ন স্থানে পণ্য ডেলিভারি করে থাকি।
ডেলিভারি সময় স্থান, কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস, আবহাওয়া, ছুটির দিন, পরিবহন ব্যবস্থা এবং অন্যান্য পরিস্থিতির ওপর নির্ভর করে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
গ্রাহককে সঠিক নাম, ফোন নম্বর এবং ডেলিভারি ঠিকানা প্রদান করতে হবে।
৭. ডেলিভারি চার্জ
বর্তমান ডেলিভারি চার্জ:
ঢাকা ও চট্টগ্রাম শহরের ভিতরে: ৳80
ঢাকার বাইরে: ৳130
Express Delivery — ঢাকা শহর: ৳150
কুরিয়ার ও ডেলিভারি খরচের পরিবর্তনের কারণে ডেলিভারি চার্জ পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
৮. পণ্য গ্রহণের সময় পরীক্ষা
পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার পর গ্রাহককে পণ্যটি পরীক্ষা করার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হচ্ছে।
পণ্যে কোনো ক্ষতি বা সমস্যা থাকলে যত দ্রুত সম্ভব Big Collection BD-এর সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করুন।
৯. রিটার্ন ও রিপ্লেসমেন্ট
আমাদের Return & Replacement পেজে রিটার্ন ও রিপ্লেসমেন্টের বিস্তারিত শর্তাবলী দেওয়া আছে।
রিটার্ন বা রিপ্লেসমেন্টের ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য শর্ত ও নির্ধারিত সময়সীমা অনুসরণ করতে হবে।
১০. গ্রাহকের তথ্য
গ্রাহককে সঠিক তথ্য প্রদান করতে হবে, যেমন:

গ্রাহকের দেওয়া ভুল বা অসম্পূর্ণ তথ্যের কারণে ডেলিভারি সমস্যা হলে Big Collection BD দায়ী থাকবে না।
১১. ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার
ওয়েবসাইটটি কোনো বেআইনি, প্রতারণামূলক, ক্ষতিকর বা অননুমোদিত কাজে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।
অনুমতি ছাড়া আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটের কনটেন্ট, ছবি, লোগো বা অন্যান্য উপাদান কপি, পরিবর্তন বা বাণিজ্যিকভাবে ব্যবহার করা নিষিদ্ধ।
১২. অফার ও প্রচারণা
ডিসকাউন্ট, অফার এবং প্রচারণার নির্দিষ্ট শর্ত ও মেয়াদ থাকতে পারে।
Big Collection BD প্রয়োজনে কোনো অফার পরিবর্তন বা বন্ধ করার অধিকার রাখে।
১৩. অর্ডার বাতিল
পণ্য ডিসপ্যাচ হওয়ার আগে গ্রাহক অর্ডার বাতিলের অনুরোধ করতে পারেন।
পণ্য ডিসপ্যাচ হয়ে যাওয়ার পর অর্ডার বাতিল করা সম্ভব নাও হতে পারে।
Prepaid বা আংশিক পেমেন্ট করা অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য Return & Refund Policy অনুযায়ী রিফান্ড করা হবে।
১৪. দায়বদ্ধতার সীমাবদ্ধতা
Big Collection BD সঠিক তথ্য ও সেবা দেওয়ার জন্য যথাসাধ্য চেষ্টা করবে।
তবে কুরিয়ার বিলম্ব, প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, প্রযুক্তিগত সমস্যা বা আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে থাকা অন্য কোনো কারণে সৃষ্ট বিলম্ব বা সমস্যার জন্য আমরা দায়ী থাকব না।
১৫. গোপনীয়তা
গ্রাহকের তথ্য আমাদের Privacy Policy অনুযায়ী পরিচালনা করা হবে।
ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি Privacy Policy-তে বর্ণিত তথ্য সংগ্রহ ও ব্যবহারের বিষয়টি মেনে নিচ্ছেন।
